Alpha Phi Charter was founded on April 23, 2021.
Alpha Upsilon Charter
Sigma Psi Zeta is proud to announce the chartering of the Alpha Upsilon Charter at Northeastern University.

Alpha Tau Charter
Sigma Psi Zeta is proud to announce the chartering of the Alpha Tau Charter at the New York University.
Alpha Tau Charter was founded on April 12th, 2020.
Theta Charter
Sigma Psi Zeta is proud to announce the Rechartering of the Theta Charter at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Theta Charter was founded on November 18, 2000 and has been home to over 175 sisters. The current active house has worked tirelessly to bring Sigmas back to their campus and to be a better and stronger membership than they were. We are looking forward to their growth and potential. Congratulations, Thetas!

Alpha Epsilon Chapter
Congratulations to the Alpha Epsilon membership on achieving Chapter Status. Founded at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign on April 7, 2012 the Alpha Epsilon Chapter has demonstrated immense hard work towards our mission. AE regularly exemplifies our 10 rays and have shown to be more than capable of leading from the front. Congratulations on achieving chapter status, SYZters! ❤️💛

RECRUITMENT TRAINING
Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. is dedicated to providing long-term educational training on recruitment. We are focused on teaching SYZters how to recruit quality new members that are dedicated to our goals and to growing together. We have plans in place to consult outside professionals who can provide guidance to our memberships in regards to recruitment. In addition, we will also focus on having memberships train on hazing prevention tactics such as awareness and bystander prevention. We understand these are broad issues that will take time to cover but know that these trainings will create a safer and more productive environment for memberships to grow.
Mental health awareness & Education
Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc is moving forward with plans to help our memberships and fellow SYZters on the topic of mental health. We are implementing a mental health plan that includes consulting and working with organizations who are experts on the topic and resources as well as tapping into our own network of professionals. We are coming together with SYZters who work in various mental health related careers, such as psychologists, who are better able to assist our members in their own mental health journeys.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. has been looking for methods of improving how our memberships handle internal issues that arise. We are implementing conflict resolution training on a minimum yearly basis; SYZters should expect to participate in this programming throughout their active status, at regional rallies, and at convention. Training will encompass topics relating to de-escalation including empathy and understanding during chaotic situations. We hope these efforts will aid in becoming a more holistic and better servicing organization.
RISK MANAGEMENT POLICY UPDATES
Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc has spent this time reviewing, revising, and updating our Risk Management Policy. This is available to those who would like to see it upon request.
